There’s nothing like having your spelling errors pointed out to you by the Program Director of KGON. Not only is he the PD of KGON, but he’s the VP of Programming for “all of our” Portland stations. And I keep messing up. And he keeps helping me fix my mess-ups.

Not many people enjoy getting their picture taken. Especially me. And when the photographer is used to photographing swimsuit models, I would rather have crashed my car on the way to the shoot to avoid the insufferable humiliation than to actually show up and have him use the wide-angle lense….

In case you haven’t heard, KGON is playing our entire catalog of songs during a three-week marathon starting on January 28th. We have been asking our listeners to send us their top 5 songs that they want to hear and I have been posting a few entrieson the website along with a picture of the listener. But the guy who requested Hootie and the Blowfish…..
