Actually, not so much fun. Burning off your eyebrows and catching more than one building and BBQ on fire really isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. When I asked Shannon for BBQ advice, his reply was "I use a blow torch and a welders mask!" Hmmm, sound advice…..
